The Prosecutor's Office Has Determined That The Former Head Of The Aceh Jaya BPN Is A Suspect In Land Certificate Corruption
The prosecutor's investigator named the former Head of the Aceh Jaya National Land Agency 2008 to 2017 with the initials TJ as a suspect in the alleged corruption case in the issuance of land certificate redistribution in Paya Laot Village, local district.
"The determination of the suspect is in accordance with letter Number: R-35/L.1.24/Fd.1/05/2023 dated May 10, 2023 and Investigation Order Number: PRINT-01/L.1.24/Fd.1/05/2023 dated May 10, 2023," said Head of Aceh Jaya District Attorney Adam Ohoiled through Head of Intelligence Dedi Saputtriadisir ANTARA, Wednesday, May 10.
He conveyed that the issuance of land certificate redistribution in Paya Laot Village, Setia Bakti District, Aceh Jaya, was carried out in 2016 with a total land area of 506.998 hectares or as many as 260 certificates.
The Prosecutor's Office has obtained the results of an audit of the calculation of state financial losses from the Aceh Jaya District Inspectorate team with letter Number: 700/01/LHA-PKKN/2023 dated January 31, 2023.
Based on the documents obtained by investigators, field examinations and statements from witnesses, it is suspected that there were irregularities in the issuance of the redistribution of land certificates in Paya Laot Village.

"It is suspected that there were irregularities that resulted in state financial losses of more than Rp12.6 billion," he said.
The detention of the suspect TJ was carried out after the release of the results of the medical examination from Teuku Umar Calang Hospital which stated that the former head of BPN was in good health.
For his actions, the suspect TJ was subject to Article 2 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
"The suspect TJ will be detained for the next 20 days at the Class III Calang Detention Center, Aceh Jaya, for investigation purposes," said Dedi.
