Pangdam Hasanuddin Submits Investigation Of Jeneponto Police Attack Case To TNI Headquarters

The Commander of Kodam XIV/Hasanuddin Major General TNI Totok Imam Santoso fully handed over to the TNI Headquarters team that had been formed to handle and resolve the attack incident by an unknown person (OTK) at Jeneponto Police Headquarters, South Sulawesi.

"In that case, I have nothing to do (case handling) like that. I don't have the authority, that's the business there (Mabes). Someone has taken care of everything, from Headquarters, everything," said Major General Totok to reporters reported by ANTARA, Thursday, May 4.

He ensured that the current condition was safe. Handling is carried out by a special team.

"Alhamdulillah, it's been (safe). We have conveyed togetherness, there have been orders from the leadership of how we are together. Because togetherness is important for us. And in any country there is no institution that can run alone," he said.

To maintain the solidity and synergy of the TNI and Polri, various religious activities have been carried out, prayer together, prayer together to free treatment for people in need. "We also provide social assistance together. And tomorrow there will be movement, continue while we eat, gather together and we have built it," he added.

In addition to the synergy between the TNI and Polri, the Pangdam said, his party also strengthened relations with local governments to jointly serve and love the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI).

Previously, an incident occurred by an unknown person (OTK) at the Jeneponto Regency Police Headquarters on Thursday (27/4/2023) at around 01.45 WITA.

It is not yet known who the OTK damaged the police station facilities. The TNI and Polri are still working on solving the problem.
