Ministry Of Manpower Receives 2,129 Complaints Regarding Employee THR Payments, Highest DKI Jakarta
JAKARTA - The Task Force Command Post (Posko Task Force) of Religious THR 2023 of the Ministry of Manpower noted that there were 2,219 complaints related to Payment of Holiday Allowances (THR) Employees during the National Holiday and Eid Al-Fitr 1444 H. Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower, Anwar Sanusi said, from the results of the recapitulation of the complaint of THR 2023, 2,219 reporters, as many as 1,479 companies, and 273 complaints have been followed up and 1,206 complaints have not been followed up. "The number of incoming THR complaints is 2,219 complaints with the number of companies reported by 1,479 companies," said Anwar Sanusi to the media, Saturday 22 April. Of the total 2,219 complaints from 1479 companies, as many as 1,105 complainants about THR were not paid, 734 THR complaints did not comply with the provisions, and 380 late THR complaints paid. Anwar Sanusi said that the report of Post THR 2023 also revealed 273 complaints that were followed up in the report on the results of performance checks, one complaint had been issued checking note to one and two complaints had entered the recommendations. "One complaint that entered the first examination nota and two recommendations came from Banten provinces," he said. From the distribution of provinces in Indonesia, DKI Jakarta was recorded as the most province receiving complaints, namely 694 complaints, namely 434 complaints. Followed by West Java (445), Central Java (229), Banten (211), East Java (184), DI Yogyakarta (52), Riau Islands (40), North Sumatra (39), and West Sumatra (37), South Sumatra (35), and Riau (27). "From 694 complaints in DKI Jakarta, as many as 331 complaints about the THR were not paid, 232 THR did not comply with the provisions, and 131 late THR complaints were paid," said Anwar Sanusi.

The next most provinces of East Kalimantan are 30 complaints, South Sulawesi (23), Lampung and South Kalimantan (21), West Kalimantan (19), Jambi, Bali and Central Kalimantan (15), Southeast Sulawesi (11), Bengkulu (9), Bangka Belitung Islands and Central Sulawesi (8), North Kalimantan (6), Aceh (5), North Maluku and Papua (4), as well as West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara each with three complaints. "The least or lowest provinces to receive complaints are Gorontalo, two complaints and Maluku only one complaint. Two provinces that do not receive THR complaints, namely West Sulawesi and West Papua," concluded Anwar Sanusi.
