15 Fire Cars Deployed To Plaza Botania 1 Batam, Cause Of Fire Still Being Investigated

The cause of the incident will be investigated by the police," he said.According to eyewitness accounts, the fire broke out at Plaza Botania 1 Batam City on Wednesday at around 02.00 WIB.Andi, a resident who saw the fire incident, said that at 05.00 WIB the fire was still burning and two fire engines were already at the location.Until 08.00 WIB, a number of shop owners at Plaza Botania 1 tried to move items that could be saved.Meanwhile, many residents living around Plaza Botania 1 came to witness the fire.
"I saw smoke from the house around half past six in the morning. My house was behind Plaza Botania. As soon as I arrived here, there were already many residents who saw the fire," said Erni, a local resident. The fire that occurred at Plaza Botania 1 Batam City did not cause any casualties.
