This integrated project in the BNI Corporate Transformation Program is an initiative to transform the business from Bank Negara Indonesia towards digital as a whole. One aspect of this program is the development of augmented reality and virtual reality technology in Super Flagship and Business Flagship type outlets. With the support of technology from V2 Indonesia, later the application of this technology will make it easier for customers to explore BNI products and services interactively.
As an initial stage, the application of AR and VR BNI technology using augmented reality tablets equipped with 360 AR and has a dashboard that makes big data, as well as a virtual reality headset exploring the virtual world with Metahuman AI which can answer customer needs, all of this can be found in three locations, namely BNI Pejompongan, Graha BNI Sudirman and BNI BUMN Buildings.
