JAKARTA - PT Humpuss Intermoda Transport Tbk (IDX: HITS) and PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim (SPJM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop port services.

The two companies agreed to carry out cooperation in the field of transportation services and energy distribution as well as jointly marketing and managing LNG from West Papua.

Responding to the cooperation between the two parties, SPJM President Director Prasetyadi said the Joint Team would focus on evaluating ship services, equipment, and dredging ports within PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero).
