Through Ketoprak Implementation, OJK Socializes And Improves Financial Education In Kudus

KUDUS - Something different and attracting public attention was held by the Financial Services Authority in collaboration with Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives Commission XI Musthofa.

To educate and increase financial literacy for people in Jati District, Kudus Regency, Central Java, which is packaged with a ketoprak art performance.

"Usually socialization and financial literacy education is held formally, so this time it will be held non-formally packaged with a ketoprak art cultural stage," said Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives Commission XI Musthofa in Kudus, Saturday.

This is of course for the sake of knitting togetherness and building diversity, that the community wants to be able to jointly carry out people's parties in which there is also an MSME exhibition so that it can move the wheels of the community's economy.

To build a people's economy, he said, not only formally but also in a non-formal way.

Moreover, he added, not all people understand and know the OJK institution, so that through socialization packaged with cultural performances and people's parties, of course rural communities from various layers will also know about it.

With the packaging of cultural performances, it was finally able to attract public interest in attending socialization and financial education events held at the Loram Wetan Village Field, Jati District, Friday (18/8) night. The number of visitors is estimated to reach thousands of people from various levels of society.

"The most important thing is how to educate people to be more financially literate in the era of digitizing the financial system," he concluded, quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, August 19.
