Quoted from its official website, Magenta BUMN is an internship program that fresh graduates or students who have not graduated.

Magenta BUMN is produced from collaboration between SOEs, the Ministry of SOEs, and the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FCHI). Magenta's own extension is Bertalenta Generation Internship.

The purpose of Magenta is as a forum for the actualization of knowledge that has been achieved by students during lectures.

In addition, this program also aims to provide direct experience in working in SOEs with a professional moral work culture.

Active students and fresh graduates who participate in this program will get many benefits, especially those related to the development of soft skills and hard skills. In addition, participants will also receive an exclusive certificate signed by the Minister of SOEs and the General Chairperson of FHCI.

Magenta BUMN participants are at least high school graduates or equivalent but students. In addition, the requirements for other participants are new graduates or fresh graduates, as well as students who graduated from D4 or S1. Meanwhile, majors that can participate in this program are linear majors and/or have appropriate skills in SOEs.
