Waskita Beton Accelerates Completion of Flood Control Projects in Central Java

JAKARTA - PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) seeks to accelerate the completion of the Loji-Banger River Flood Control and Robust Project, Central Java.

"Currently, only the CCSP supply process remains which has reached 99.91 percent, while all the spun piles have been sent. We are targeting all supplies to be completed in Q2/2023," said WSBP Vice President of Corporate Secretary Fandy Dewanto in his statement in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, June 14.

Fandy said, in the project with a contract value of IDR 58.72 billion, WSBP worked on the supply and erection processes for CCSP and spun pile products.

To support the completion target of this project, WSBP deployed 2 Plants in West Java (Subang Plant and Karawang Plant) and 1 Plant in the Central Java region (Plant Klaten). A total of 4,369 CCSP rods and 1,714 spun pile rods have been produced by the three plants.

"Not only experienced in supplying products, WSBP also excels in construction service work," said Fandy.

Fandy added that the various large projects that WSBP has succeeded in supplying and working on are of course a manifestation of WSBP's advantages as a supplier of infrastructure projects supported by WSBP's plant capabilities which are spread across Indonesia.

WSBP also always prioritizes Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) procedures and procedures in every production process and implementation of construction services at project sites.

In the long term, WSBP will maximize all integrated business lines to support WSBP's mission of becoming a one stop solution for customers, where WSBP has a supply chain from upstream to downstream, starting from the provision of stone materials in the quarry, the production of liquid/readymix concrete in the batching plant, Massive production of precast concrete at the plant.

Then the process of delivering products on time to the project site by land or sea using the docks at several WSBP plants, to the process of construction and installation work as well as post tension. WSBP also has a workshop that offers heavy equipment rental and repair services.

With the advantage of being a one stop solution, WSBP has partnered with many vendors from various types of fields, such as material providers, construction workers, delivery services, equipment rental, and so on.
