JAKARTA - PT AKR Corporindo Tbk's AGMS decided to appoint former Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR) Sofyan Djalil as commissioner.

He further added that the AGMS also approved a dividend of IDR 1.48 trillion or the equivalent of IDR 75 per share, which is 61.6 percent of the 2022 Net Profit which reached IDR 2.4 trillion.
