KPK Finds Money In OTT Bandung Mayor Yana Mulyana

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) found money in a hand arrest operation (OTT) that ensnared Bandung Mayor Yana Mulyana on Friday, April 14.

"The money is in rupiah denominations," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Saturday, April 15.

Ali has not yet detailed the amount of money found. Investigators are currently still conducting calculations and are conducting confirmation with the party caught in the silent operation.

Yana was caught in OTT along with a number of other people. Including officials at the Bandung City Transportation Service.

They are now at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta. "The number of people arrested so far is 9 people including the mayor and several other officials at the Bandung City Transportation Service," said Ali.

The investigation is still being carried out, said Ali. The public is asked to be patient because the anti-corruption commission has 1x24 hours to determine the suspects and outline the construction of the alleged corruption that occurred during the arrest.
