Marc Marquez Spreads Threats Ahead Of The British MotoGP

JAKARTA - Repsol Honda racer, Marc Marquez, is preparing to return to pave the way for the English MotoGP which will be held at the Silverstone Circuit on weekends. Marquez did not even hesitate to spread threats to his competitors.

Early this August the 2023 MotoGP will resume after a break for more than a month. The resumption of the race in the Silverstone Circuit series will also mark the start of the second half.

The beginning of the second half is trying to be used by Marc Marquez, who has the determination to perform better.

"We are enjoying an important summer break, an opportunity to start again and improve after a difficult start at the start of the season," Marquez said of the holiday period.

"From the physical and mental side, I returned to a fresher track and ready to work. I look forward to everyone being able to return to the Repsol Honda team and understand the work that has been done before," Marquez continued about the better situation, quoted from Speedweek, Tuesday, August 2.

Appearing at the Silverstone Circuit, Marquez seems to be getting additional energy. Because this Spaniard has a positive memory on the UK track.

That way Marquez feels like he gets additional enthusiasm. The owner of the eight world titles also hopes that the beginning of the second half of England can be achieved with better results for positive results until the end of next season.

"Silverstone is a track where I had interesting duels in the past," recalls Marquez.

"The most important thing is to return to riding a motorbike, continue to work, and try to make improvements compared to the first half of this season," he said.

In the 2023 MotoGP round, both Marquez and Repsol Honda had difficulties competing. Up to the eight series that had been passed, Marquez's RC213V motorcycle was still unable to match Ducati's and KTM's motorcycles.

In his efforts to perform optimally, Marquez often encounters bad situations. Several accidents he experienced that made the rider physically eroded by the injuries he experienced and made him often absent from the main race.

So far Marquez has collected 15 points from the MotoGP sprints Portugal, France and Italy. This number is far behind Francesco Bagnaia who is at the top of the standings with 194 points.

However, mathematically Marquez still has a chance to become a champion because there are still 12 races remaining until the end of next season which leave a total of more than 400 points.
