3 Perpetrators Of Obstruction Of Justice Corruption Funds For The 2022 Kaur Health Office Are Handled By The Bengkulu Prosecutor's Office

BENGKULU - The Bengkulu High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) took over the obstruction of justice case in investigating the alleged corruption of the Health Operational Assistance Fund (BOK) of the Kaur Regency Health Office (Dinkes), the three perpetrators were entangled in a hand arrest operation (OTT). The three perpetrators are the initials of BSS residents of Tolan Village, Kampung Rakyat, North Sumatra; AH residents of Bojong Kulur, West Java; and RNS residents of Sei Ratan, North Sumatra. "According to the leadership's instructions, the obstruction of justice case or obstructing the investigation into the alleged corruption of the BOK funds at the Kaur District Health Office has been officially taken over the Bengkulu Prosecutor's Office," said Head of the Special Crime Investigation Section (Pidsus) Bengkulu Attorney General's Office, Danang Prasetyo in Bengkulu City, Tuesday 1 July, confiscated by Antara. He said, the three obstructions of justice actors had been detained at the Bengkulu Police Headquarters for the next 20 days for the smooth running of the investigation process. For his actions, the three perpetrators were threatened with Article 21 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of the Crime of Corruption.

Previously, the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) and the Kaur District Attorney's Office conducted an OTT related to obstruction of justice in a case of alleged corruption at a fast food restaurant in the South Jakarta area on Friday, July 28.

From the silent operation, the officers secured three people who received Rp920 million.

The money was given by witnesses to one of the perpetrators with the hope that the investigation process being carried out by the Kaur Kejari against the alleged corruption of the BOK funds of the Kaur Bengkulu District Health Office for the 2022 fiscal year would be stopped. During the arrest, the Prosecutor's Office team confiscated evidence in the form of cellphones, proof of transfer, receipts, and others.

In the case of alleged corruption in the BOK funds of the Kaur Health Office 2022, the Prosecutor's Office has named four suspects. They are DA as Head of the Kaur Regency Health Service (Kadinkes), GU as Secretary of the Kaur Health Office, RI as Head of the North Kaur Health Center and PU as Head of the Central Kaur Health Center.
