99 Percent Optimistic Opportunities Sandiaga Uno Accompanies Ganjar, PPP: 1 Percent Of God's Fate

SURABAYA - DPP of the United Development Party (PPP) is optimistic that 99 percent of Sandiaga Uno's opportunity to become a vice presidential candidate will accompany Ganjar Pranowo's presidential candidate in the 2024 Presidential Election. "One percent is God's destiny," said Acting Chairperson (Plt) of the United Development Party (PPP) Muhamad Mardiono after the Inauguration of the 2023-2027 Women's Center for Development Association (WPP) at Graha State University Surabaya, East Java, Antara, Sunday, July 30. It is known that the name of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy who is also the Chairman of Bappilu PPP, Sandiaga Uno is one of five candidates for vice president Ganjar Pranowo. Apart from Sandiaga, there is the name of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Erick Thohir, former TNI Commander General (Ret.) Andika Perkasa, Chairman of the National Awakening Party (PKB) Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin), and Chairman of the Democratic Party Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY). Mardiono revealed Sandiaga's record of experience in politics, namely when accompanying Prabowo Subianto in the 2019 Presidential Election event and having sat in the seat of Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta during the Anies Baswedan era. Mardiono said that Sandiaga is a true businessman, these two things are considered enough to describe the track record of the man who is now lined up as the PPP Election Winning Body (Bappilu). Therefore, the duet of Ganjar and Sandiaga he said was the right composition to become the successors of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo and Vice President Ma'ruf Amin. "We all pray that what we all aspire to is allowed and we leave it to Allah," he said. In addition, Mardiono stated that his party has harmonious relations and communication with the PDI-P. "So God willing, PPP is optimistic. Our communication is also intense, both to Mrs. Mega, Mbak Puan, and Pak Hasto," he said.

Di tempat yang sama, Ketua Bappilu PPP Sandiaga Uno menyatakan bakal melakukan kerja politik demi kemenangan PPP di Pemilu 2024. Sedangkan peluang untuk bakal calon wakil presiden disebutnya bergantung pada kedewaan Allah. "One percent is from Allah," he said.
