The West Java Provincial Government's Quick Response Team (Pemprov) provides assistance to HNI (24 years old) people with mental disorders (ODGJ) who are victims of rape or forced violence, which occurred at the PMKS Task Force Secretariat Office of Karawang Regency.

Rini said that at the beginning of this case, the JQR team coordinated with related parties such as the Karawang Regency Social Service and the Bandung Regency Social Service. "This case started with us getting a direct report through our volunteer network in Karawang Regency. This case became a shared concern after there was a discussion of the case through a social volunteer network in Karawang Regency and then sticking out in national news," said Rini.," said Rini. He said that on April 14, 2023, the JQR Team provided assistance in the return of HNI, who is a resident of Bandung Regency, to get medical care and mental health checks at Cisarua Mental Hospital (RSJ), West Bandung Regency.. "God willing, the next day (April 15, 2023), the JQR team met with the team deployed by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia to coordinate and provide assistance in support for recovery, which at that time was placed in the UPTD under the auspices of the Bandung Regency Social Service, he said. Rini revealed that his party also supports the attitude of the Ministry of Social Affairs which states that the perpetrators should be given the maximum possible punishment.
