"The 2023 budget ceiling is IDR 386.48 billion with absorption as of June 11, 2023, amounting to IDR 162.89 billion or 42.15 percent," he said.

The budget is allocated to a constitutional case handling program of Rp. 161.71 billion and a management support program of Rp. 224.77 billion.

The program consists of activities in handling constitutional cases, increasing understanding the constitutional rights of citizens, as well as disseminating information on cases and decisions of the Constitutional Court.
