YLBHI Highlights Kabareskrim's Assets Of Only IDR 1.7 Billion, Last Report In 2016

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Legal Aid Foundation (YLBHI) highlighted the report on the assets of state administrators (LHKPN) Kabareskrim Polri Komjen Agus Andrianto which was considered odd. This is because the last time it reported in 2016 with a total wealth of Rp. 1.7 billion.

YLBHI uploaded the alleged irregularity on his Instagram account @ yayasanlbhidonesia. It is narrated that this number is not in accordance with his wife's luxurious lifestyle.

Because his wife is known to often show off luxurious lifestyles such as bags of tens of millions, to holidays abroad. Then, it was also stated that Komjen Agus Andrianto had only reported his assets to the KPK three times.

In fact, when referring to the National Police Chief Regulation (Perkap) Number 8 of 2017, every high-ranking National Police official is required to report LHKPN to the KPK.

"Appropriation of the LHKPN report at least indicates that Agus Andrianto covered his wealth and source of income. Based on a number of reports, Agus' name was linked to the alleged case of receiving illegal coal mining gratuities that dragged Ismail Bolong's name," he said.

"Not only Agus, his wife has recently been named as one of the shareholders in PT. Ferolindo Mineral Nusantara," he continued.

Therefore, YLBHI also invites the public to jointly monitor the assets of other Police officers. Thus, transparency in the Bhayangkara Corps is realized.

"Initiating LHKPN, Polri officials is an activity to create transparency in the Polri institution. We invite the public together to monitor LHKPN for Polri officials," he said.
