Responding To The Declaration Of PDIP Presidential Candidate Ganjar, PAN Calls KIB Holds Meeting Thursday 27 April

JAKARTA - Deputy Chairperson of the National Mandate Party (PAN) Viva Yoga Mauladi said that the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB) would hold a meeting on Thursday 27 April after Ganjar Pranowo was promoted by the PDI-P as a presidential candidate (candidate) in the 2024 election. "InsyaAllah, PAN, Golkar, PPP (KIB) will meet in the Eid al-Fitr gathering in Jakarta on Thursday, April 27, 2023," said Viva to ANTARA in Jakarta, Monday, April 24. Even so, Viva has not disclosed the exact location of the meeting. He said at the meeting, KIB will discuss the political direction after Ganjar Pranowo's candidacy. "Yes, one that will be discussed," he said. According to him, KIB will also finalize the decision-making process to determine the candidate pair (paslon) that will be carried out in the 2024 Presidential Election (Pilpres). Not only that, continued Viva, the meeting will also follow up on plans to form a major coalition with the Greater Indonesia Awakening Coalition (KKIR) which consists of the Gerindra Party and PKB.

This is in order to add social and constituent bases so that the candidate pairs to be promoted have great potential to win the presidential election. "There is also an agenda for eating Eid and merging mistakes and mistakes so that life is clean again," he added.
