AMBON - The Maluku Provincial Government will immediately realize payment for COVID-19 services in 2021 to health workers and non-health workers at Haulussy Ambon Hospital before Eid.
"It will definitely be paid and the local government cannot possibly neglect the rights of health workers and non-workers who are already working," said Maluku regional secretary Sadli Ie in Ambon as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, April 5.
This confirmation was conveyed after attending the plenary meeting of the Maluku DPRD regarding the submission of the accountability performance report for the Governor of Maluku for the 2022 fiscal year submitted by Deputy Governor Barnabas Orno.
In a plenary meeting chaired by the Chairman of the Maluku DPRD Benhur Watubun, deputy chairman of Commission IV of the local DPRD Rovik Akbar Afifudin conveyed an interruption regarding complaints of health and non-medical workers at Haulussy Hospital who had not received payment for COVID-19 services in 2021 and suggested that the Director of Haulusy Hospital be evaluated for replacement.
According to Sadli, the regional government ensures payment for COVID-19 services before April 18, 2023, if all documents related to the payment process have been declared complete.
"If tomorrow all the administrative documents are complete, then we will make the payment tomorrow," said Sadli.
