AV Project, Difki Khalif And Orgie Bikin Gig Haru Biru

JAKARTA - The last week of July, the two-week event May Gig be held on Monday, July 31 yesterday. Taking place in Bostha Jakarta, Cipete, South Jakarta, May Gig this time again present three performers from different genres.

They include KAV Project carrying acoustic pop, Difki Khalif with pop combined with rock and Orgie with sqa-punk. The music can also be hosted by Eno Dimedjo and Qenny Biarmusic.

Opened exactly at 8 pm, May Gig this time be opened by Orgie's appearance. As usual, the band consisting of Agga Satria (guitar), Faruq (guitar), Wanteck (bass), Aris (drums), Yudhi Lord (keyboards/trombons), and Farel (saxophones) appeared totally included in terms of costumes. Unfortunately, that night the Japonk vocalist was not present for a reason.

Orgie, who was wearing a hospital patient-style costume that night, carried the numbers of the Indonesian Ska band, including Genit from Type-X. Not to forget they also performed their own recently released song, Malam.

After Orgie's appearance, it was Difki Khalif's soloist's turn to appear to heat up the stage. The singer who is under Musica Studios, opens his appearance with the song Owned by the Green House Effect, Cinta Melulu. Difki performed the song with a slightly different arrangement and made all the audience present sing together.

After Cinta Melulu, Difki Khalif took an acoustic guitar and performed his own song, the Drama Queen, who according to him, took the theme of a woman who was overly involved in love matters. Difki continued his appearance with a song in which he collaborated with Ariel NOAH entitled Cinta Yang Silent.

After performing his latest song, Dinah Kehitung, Difki Khalif closed his appearance with Hampa.

The KAV Project is the closing presentation of May Gig this time. The music project, driven by musician Kavinda and bassist of Nidji's band, Andro Androikatoro, started the performance with his latest song, Amaz.

Appearing with the acoustic concept, the KAV Project continued its appearance by performing the Minutes of Elimination and the Dead Half. The songs shown by the KAV Project that night made the audience doused with the voice of the vocalist Kavinda.

The KAV Project ended its performance with one song taken from their album which will be released in the near future.
