Want To Be Known As A Singer, Agatha Piricilla: Many Forget If I Sing

JAKARTA - Agatha Pricilla has been involved in the entertainment world in the country since 2011.

For 12 years, he has tasted various fields, such as films and soap operas, music, modeling and others.

However, the woman who is familiarly called Pricil has her own anxiety when not many people know she can sing.

In fact, he wanted to be known as a singer.

The projects that I've been living have been various. I filmed, I acted, I sang, work on social media and so on. I feel like a lot of people forget that I also sing," said Agatha Pricilla when met in Kemang, South Jakarta, on Friday, May 26.

Pricil felt that during his 12 years of career, he did not have many opportunities to release songs. With the hope of being known as a singer, he decided to release his first extended plays (EP) since solo career.

"Many don't remember, maybe because I wasn't given the right time to release something from last year. So I want this year I'm more focused on singing," said Pricil.

Even so, said Pricil, it does not mean that he will only sing and not accept other projects.

He will still accept projects outside of music, but with smaller portions than before.

"But it's not like 'Okay, I'll give up on other jobs', isn't it, when it's called sustenance is rejected. It just means I prefer to focus on singing, because to achieve something we want we have to focus on, so I will focus on singing first," concluded Agatha Pricilla.

For information, Agatha Pricilla debuted in the entertainment industry as a member of the girl group Blink.

Together with Ify Alyssa, Febby Rastanty, Ashilla Zee and Silvia Azizah, Pricil then starred in the soap opera Putih Gray in 2012.

Last week, Agatha Piricilla released his first EP as a solo singer with the title Adriana.

In the album there are 5 songs, including It's Coming Your Way, Space, Terang Usai Gulita, The Art of Letting Go and One Day.
