The 35-year-old artist also reminded Generation Z young people who are vulnerable to anxiety disorder to pay more attention to the use of social media. He considered that there were many negative things on social media that could damage mental health.

"Anxiety disorder is the issue of Gen Z's children, more about mental health. Because it is important to maintain intake from social media, so we have to filter it, not everything has to be screened, it must be filtered," said Aura.

"Actually, in terms of spirituality and education, it is important. I personally prefer to be spiritual, try to calm down so that anxiety disorder does not appear," he continued.

Aura Kasih hopes that those who are starting to realize the existence of excessive anxiety disorders will be more open to others. For him, good friends to exchange ideas are important to deal with anxiety disorder.
