Hera also appealed to loyal customers to always be careful of individuals on behalf of BCA. If you get suspicious information on behalf of BCA, customers can contact the local branch office or HaloBCA contact center via 1500888 and the Halo BCA application.

"Never share confidential banking personal data, such as ATM card numbers, PIN, OTP, and others," he said.
