Adhi Commuter Property AGMS Reorganizes The Board Of Commissioners And Directors

JAKARTA - A subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI), PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP) decided to reshuffle the board of commissioners and directors at the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).

ADCP President Director Riskan Firman said that the change in the composition of commissioners and directors was one of the efforts to optimize performance to accelerate residential development with the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD).

"This year, ADCP with a new formation is optimistic about the acceleration of the completion of the TOD residential project," said Riskan quoting Antara, Saturday, June 17.

With this AGMS decision, the composition of the ADCP Board of Commissioners became Herry Ardianto as Commissioner and Acting President Commissioner, previously filled by Pundjung Setya Brata.

Then, Agung Gede Agung Dharmawan's son remains as Commissioner, Tjatur Waskito Putro remains as Commissioner, Amrozi Hamidi remains as Independent Commissioner, and Muhammad Isnaini remains as Independent Commissioner.

Meanwhile, the composition of the board of directors is Riskan Firman remains as President Director, and Mochamad Yusuf remains as Director of Risk Management Finance and Human Capital.

However, there is a change in the position of Marketing and Production Director which is now occupied by Rozi Sparta, which was initially filled by Indra Syahruzza.

In addition to the new formation of commissioners and directors, Riskan said that ADCP's optimism this year is supported by the company's solid performance and the implementation of good corporate governance.

"The realization of the 2002 Good Corporate Governance (GCG) ADCP of 87.2 proves that until now ADCP has been able to implement good corporate governance," he said.
