Wika Gedung Will Distribute IDR 23.16 Billion Dividend

JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) will distribute cash dividends of IDR 23.16 billion. This amount is 10 percent of the net profit for the 2022 financial year of IDR 230.05 billion.

This dividend is equivalent to Rp2.24 per share of this dividend distribution decided at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2022 Fiscal Year, Wednesday, May 10 yesterday.

Corporate Secretary of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Tbk Purba Yudha Tama said, in the first quarter of 2023, WEGE posted quarterly revenue of IDR 727 billion, up 55% on an annual basis.

"Gross profit WEGE is IDR 47 billion, up 56% compared to the same period in the previous year," he said in a written statement, Thursday, May 11.

WEGE's revenue composition in the first quarter of 2023 was obtained from Construction of Rp681.57 billion, an increase of 72 percent on an annual basis, Modular of Rp31.15 billion, and Concession and Investment of Rp14.71 billion, an increase of 25 percent on an annual basis.

When viewed from the Financial Ratio, WEGE has a Current Ratio (CR) of 1.95x, while the Gros Profit Margin (GPM) is 6.48 percent and the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) is 1.21x.

"This shows that WEGE is still on the safe list of charged Equity Construction Companies which means it reflects a healthy and survival WEGE fundamental," he said.

The other AGMS agenda is Changes in the Company's Management. WEGE honorably dismissed Hananto Aji as President Commissioner.

The WEGE Board of Commissioners also appointed Sumadi as President Commissioner and Suli Fatimah as Commissioner. Then, the WEGE Board of Commissioners also honorably dismissed Bambang Pramujo as Commissioner and then appointed Danis Hidayat Sumadilaga as Commissioner.

"As for the Board of Directors, it was decided to honorably dismiss Yulianto as Director of QHSE and Marketing, then appoint Dwi Purnomo as Director of QHSE and Marketing," he explained.
