DKI Provincial Government Offers 21 Jakarta Development Projects Worth IDR 300 Trillion, Any Investors Interested?
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government offers 21 development projects with an investment value of IDR 300 trillion in the Jakarta Investment Forum (JIF) in 2023.
Head of the Jakarta Investment Center Tona Hutaruk explained that some of the projects offered already have the results of a feasibility study, but some are still introducing the scope of project procurement.
"Indeed, there are those whose status is already a real feasibility study, some are still in the market sounding, so there is no definite calculation. However, about the 21 projects are around Rp. 300 trillion," Tona told reporters, Thursday, August 3.
Tona explained that the Jakarta Provincial Government's investment offers were aimed at embassies in a number of countries through their trading storefronts.
"We're trying, well, which investor from your country (large embassy) is who is approximately interested in our project in accordance with the sector in demand," said Tona.
On average, the project offered to potential investors is an integrated development of transportation areas. "Later, in return, investors can get retail or advertising, branding, and so on," he continued.
