Luxury Watch Assistant Coach Of The Thailand Women's National Team Lost In Palembang

PALEMBANG - Polrestabes Palembang, South Sumatra received a report of the loss of a luxury watch belonging to the Assistant Coach of the Thailand U-19 Women's National Football Team, Natawat Thaensopa (39).

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Palembang Polrestabes Haris Dinzah said the reported missing watch branded Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date DEEPSEA.

Based on the report received by the watch police, it was found that it was missing on Monday (17/7) or moments after the person concerned participated in his team competing in the final round of the 2023 Women's AFF U-19 Cup at the Gelora Sriwijaya Stadium, Jakabaring, Palembang.

Haris said the police had not been able to confirm whether the valuables were completely lost or left behind.

"Even if it's gone, what kind of disappearance, whether it's stolen or falling and so on, it can't be ascertained," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, July 21.

Nevertheless, he ensured that the reporting of Natawat victims would continue to be followed up by personnel from the Palembang City Police Investigation Unit.

In the investigation process, at least six witnesses were questioned by the police.

The witnesses included four people from the Santika Premier hotel, Jalan Radial, Palembang where the victim and his team were staying.

"Then three more people, namely from the victim's side, to clarify the series of investigation processes," he added.
