DIY - Bantul District Health Office, Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) appealed to the public to always maintain the body's resistance to avoid and prevent diseases or health problems that have the potential to occur during the current dry season.
"We hope that the public will always be aware of uncertain weather changes in this dry season, hopefully with these conditions people can increase or maintain endurance," said Head of the Bantul Health Service (Dinkes) Agus Tri Widiyantara in Bantul, DIY, Wednesday, July 19, quoted by Antara.
He said people can maintain their immune system by always consuming balanced nutritious food and drinks, vegetable vegetables, and eating foods that contain the nutrients that the body needs to maintain their body's health.
"Then the two can protect themselves in order to avoid diseases that may occur in this dry season by wearing masks when in a lot of dust, so masks are always worn not only when there is COVID-19," he said.
He also hopes that the public will also consume water that meets the health requirements, even if they have to take water in a water source, look for water sources that are suitable for consumption so that they still meet clean water that meets health requirements.
"So even though in some areas it is difficult for people to get water, we hope that this water that meets the health requirements is consumed by the community," he said.

Furthermore, he said, diseases or health problems that have the potential to occur during the dry dry dry season due to environmental conditions, many of these dust include respiratory tract-related diseases, for example coughs, runny noses, influenza infections with upper respiratory tracts.
