Acura And Bang & Olufsen Present Premium Audio System For Acura ZDX 2024

JAKARTA - Honda's subsidiary for the US market, Acura, has launched a collaboration with the well-known audio company, Bang & Olufsen, to improve the quality of the infotainment system on their car interior.

Through this collaboration, Acura will provide the Bang & Olufsen audio system in their newest line, which starts with Acura ZDX 2024, the first electric car produced by Acura.

Acura ZDX 2024, with ZDX and ZDX Type S variations, will be equipped with premium audio features from the well-known Bang & Olufsen with first-class sound quality.

Emile Korkor, Executive Vice President of Acura National Sales, stated that the addition of this premium audio system is in line with the performance of the Acura car at the top level, and aims to fulfill the brand's wishes.

"With a new collaboration with Bang & Olufsen, we present a more interesting experience for our customers as Acura enters the electrification era with ZDX," Emile said in an official statement from the company, Tuesday, July 11.

This exchange is certainly not done carelessly, because Acura and Bang & Olufsen have a common vision. Bang & Olufsen has long been known as a brand that presents the leading audio system and provides convenience for its users.

The premium audio system Bang & Olufsen, designed and developed specifically for Acura, will combine the latest technology to provide an amazing audio experience on the new Acura ZDX.

Acura is not Bang & Olvsen's first partner in the automotive world. Previously, car brands such as Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, and Lamborghini had used the audio system Bang & Olufsen.

Acura ZDX, the first electric car from Acura to come, will use the Ultium platform owned by General Motors (GM). This platform is also used by Cadillac Lyriq, an electric car from Cadillac.

Prior to announcing cooperation with Bang & Olufsen, Acura had previously embedd 3D Premium ELS Studio audio settings that were already available on the MDX model.
