PTPP Board Of Commissioners Makes Working Visits To Projects In South Tangerang

JAKARTA - Andi Gani Nena Wea as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner together with the management of PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) made a working visit to two project sites in South Tangerang, Banten on Wednesday, June 21.

The two project locations visited were: SPAM Angke and the Simpang Tak Sedangan (STS) Martadinata Access project on the Serpong - Cinere Toll Road. During his working visit, Mayor of South Tangerang Benyamin Davnie was also attended during a visit at SPAM Angke and President Director of PT Cinere Serpong Jaya Mirza Nurul handayani who was also present during a working visit to the STS Martadinata downage project on the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road.

During his working visit Andi Gani Nena Wea was accompanied by other members of the PTPP Board of Commissioners, namely: Istiono as Independent Commissioner, Ernadhi Sudarmanto as Commissioner, Ayodya GL Kalake as Commissioner, and Loso Judijanto as Commissioner.

In addition, the management of PTPP was also present during the project visit, including: Yul Ari Pramuraharjo as Operations Director for PTPP Infrastructure, Rully Noviadar as President Director of PT PP Infrastruktur, Arzan as SVP Infra 1 PTPP, Bakhtiar Efendi as SVP Corporate Secretary of PTPP along with other management ranks.

The first working visit was carried out by the Board of Commissioners together with Management to SPAM Angke owned by PT Tirta Tangsel Mandiri (TTM) located in South Tangerang, Banten. TTM is one of the subsidiaries under the auspices of PT PP Infrastruktur (PP Infra) where PP Infra itself is one of the subsidiaries of PTPP engaged in managing parent assets and investing in several infrastructure projects in Indonesia.

PP Infra focuses on pipelined water infrastructure and SPAM development, telecommunications infrastructure (optical fiber), toll roads, gas network infrastructure, logistics infrastructure, and ports. TTM is owned by PP Infra with a ownership portion of 99 percent and the remaining 1 percent is owned by the PTPP Employee Welfare Foundation.

The form of cooperation carried out is Business to Business (B2B) with the Built Operate Transfer (BOT) scheme with a cooperation period of 30 years. SPAM Angke has a production capacity of 200 liters per second and 100 liters per second (operation) with a service scope in the Ciputat District, East Ciputat District, and Pamulang District.

After making a visit to SPAM Angke, the Board of Commissioners and Management of PTPP continued their working visit to the second location, namely the Martadinata Unfield Intersection Access (STS) construction project on the Serpong Cinere Toll Road located in Tangerang, Banten. The project, which is owned by PT Cinere Serpong Jaya, is carried out with a 13-month implementation period projected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.

The scope of the project work includes: the construction work of the Uninhabitable Simpang RE Martadinata (Pallang IC access), the widening of the Bukit Indah overpass, the widening of the Cabe Raya overpass, and the completion of the 61+310 STA road main construction. STA 61+322 beautification work main road along 10.14 kilometers.

In addition, this SPAM Angke produces good, clean, and clear water quality so that it is hoped that the good quality of products and services can encourage the company's sales. He hopes that the construction project for the construction of Simpang Tak Sebagai (STS) RE Martadinata on the Cinere - Serpong Toll Road can be completed on time accompanied by the best quality.
