Honda Launches Middle-Level Sport-L Hybrid Variant On Honda CR-V 2024

JAKARTA - To complete its newest SUV lineup, Honda launched the Sport-L variant on the Honda CR-V 2024. This car has some refreshers that are not found in other variants.

Honda gives a touch of sporty to the latest variant of Honda CR-V 2024 with a black gloss exterior display, a rectangular exhaust, and a black 18-inch rim.

In the cabin, the CR-V Sport-L is equipped with a leather seat, electrically adjustable front passenger seats, and a power tailgate. For entertainment features, Honda provides a 9.0-inch infotainment display that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wireless.

Reporting from Honda's official website, Monday, June 12, CR-V Sport-L is one level below the top variant of Honda CR-V 2024, namely the Sport Touring variant. Such as the Sport and Sport Touring variant, CR-V Sport-L also uses a hybrid system.

The hybrid system on CR-V Sport-L is a combination of a 2.0 liter 4-cylinder engine with a double electric motor, which produces a combined power of up to 204 dk and a 334 Nm torque.

Honda provides two driving system options, namely 2WD (front wheel drive) and 4WD (fourth drive).

The hybrid CR-V variant is one of the strategic steps Honda has taken. According to claims from manufacturers, more than 50 percent of Honda CR-V sales come from the hybrid variant that uses the fourth generation double electric motor owned by Honda.

Honda CR-V Sport-L 2024 is produced at Honda factories in North America, including the East Liberty Auto plant in Ohio, the Indiana Auto, and Honda Canadian factories.

The price of the Honda CR-V Sport-L starts at 37,645 US dollars or around Rp. 559.5 million for the 2WD variant. Meanwhile, the 4WD variant is sold at a price of 39,145 US dollars or around Rp. 581.7 million. This car will be available on the North American Honda dealers starting on June 14.
