MiiTel Connect: Invite the Business Community to Maximize AI-Based Smartphones
JAKARTA - Some time ago, RevComm Indonesia held MiiTel Connect, an event that brought together customers and business partners to discuss strategies for developing business with an AI-based smartphone system.
On that occasion, Ahmad Safiyudin, Head of Customer Experience Astro Technologies Indonesia shared his experience in developing Astro as a quick commerce business, one of which is optimizing the use of MiiTel, an AI-based smartphone system that is used to make outbound and inbound calls with customers.
According to him, MiiTel has helped Astro with various existing features, such as the call memo feature to record important messages from customers, predictive dialer to make calls with a scheduled period, to the rallies feature to monitor the level of customer involvement in calls.
Apart from the three features mentioned above, Bernadus Hananto, Head of Customer Success Manager RevComm Indonesia also revealed several other excellent features of MiiTel, such as finding and Heatmap features.

Furthermore, Bernadus said that through these features, MiiTel can support productivity for sales, call center and business performance.
MiiTel Connect was successfully held by presenting 30 delegates from various well-known companies in Indonesia, including Human Initiative, Astro, Office Now, IAF Multi Finance, and various other companies.
