Check Habitable Houses And Children Without Schools, Ganjar Optimizes Handling Of Extreme Poverty In Central Java
Central Java (Central Java) Governor Ganjar Pranowo has optimized the handling of extreme poverty in Central Java Province by verifying and validating data and intervention.
"We in Central Java are trying to design specifically for handling extreme poverty, specifically. Yesterday, the village heads' friends helped record it, the verification is now one hundred percent. Some of the interventions have started to be good, we check houses that are not livable, we check latrines, water, children are not in school, and people with disabilities. These are some of our priorities," he said in Semarang, Wednesday, June 7, confiscated by Antara.
At the Extreme Poverty Handling Coordination Meeting attended by regional heads throughout Central Java, Ganjar said the intervention needs that had been budgeted in the APBD, APBDes, and APBN were immediately carried out.
Ganjar wants to immediately improvise using a mutual cooperation pattern related to the lack of intervention needs, including inviting employers to carry out a corporate social responsibility program and caring people who are able to accelerate.
According to him, the efforts of regional heads have been extraordinary so that the acceleration of handling extreme poverty can be carried out.
"Now we are starting to map those in each district/city. Alhamdulillah, 100 percent stunting has been intervened. This is fun so that if the stunting can be done for three months, we should have the results. Tomorrow (9 June) I ask to collect the results of all existing interventions so that we will be able to find out how quickly they can be completed," he said.
The number one person in Central Java is optimistic that President Joko Widodo's target that zero percent extreme poverty in 2024 can be achieved, especially in Central Java.
A number of strategies have been prepared, including the use of the APBD purely carried out by the Central Java Provincial Government and the potential for a revised APBD that can be carried out together with the DPRD.
"Then the preparation for the 2024 RAPBD, there is still one opportunity even though I finished in September, but we can do the design now so that later we invite DPRD friends to be able to gang up on districts/cities," he said.
In addition to handling tengkes and disabilities that are already 100 percent, a number of indicators still require intervention.
Therefore, he asked the district government to have an initiative and set an example, namely inviting companies in each region to help deal with this.
"Umpama (in Grobogan Regency, ed.) there is one cement company there, so please help about RTLH, help about latrines, that's all physically. Yesterday we met with mining associations, this is all legal, they gave their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) as well. This is all in the village, so we really invite the spirit of mutual cooperation together. Maybe there are those who help the staff, so we can paste them one by one so that they can finish quickly, "said the Governor of Central Java for two periods.

Cooperation with companies can also help intervene in unemployment issues, such as hiring residents in labor-intensive projects or providing job training to increase human resources.
For the field of education, Ganjar is preparing a design to intervene in schools for children, especially from extreme poor and poor families.
He stated that the desire of all school-age children to get a decent education can improve the welfare of their families.
"Indeed, children who do not go to school must wait for the new school year, we are preparing the design, we are also preparing them to go to virtual school or pursue packages so that then they can go to school together. Anyway, we calculate the target until the end of the year, how much is the optimal staff we can give, how much is the projected results that we can handle so how much is our debt in 2024," he said.
