Erling Haaland's First Season In The English Premier League Ends So Sweetly
JAKARTA - The English Premier League competition for the 2022/2023 season ends on Sunday, May 28. The top scorer was awarded to Manchester City's Erling Haaland.
This season will be Haaland's first season playing in England's highest caste competition. Haaland previously had a career in Germany with Borussia Dortmund.
In the first season, Haaland was able to make achievements. Not only led his team to become champions, he also won the status as the top scorer.
In Sunday's match, May 29, City were allocated against Brentford at the Community Stadium, London. City lost the final 0-1 and Haaland was actually not played to help the team, his position was replaced by Julian Alvarez.

The 36-goal collection also made Haaland successfully break the record for most goals in a season. Haaland broke the record for Andy Cole and Alan Shearer who scored 34 goals.
Haaland's achievements in his inaugural season in the Premier League were not only that. Previously, the 22-year-old player also won several trophies, one of whom was the best young player.
