Troubled Safety Belt, Ford Withdraws 175 Thousand Bronco Units
JAKARTA - The automotive manufacturer from the United States, Ford, has returned the Bronco model after being absent 24 years. However, this new story from the iconic SUV begins with less encouraging news.
Recently, Ford had to pull back Bronco due to defects in the seat belt.
According to the US Highway Administration Agency (NHTSA), saying that seat belts for front passengers may be difficult to reach because there is no room between clothing and trim, so it can block access to the hook plate, CarBuzz reported on Saturday, May 27.
This makes passengers in the front seat unable to use seat belts, so this can cause injury and even death in the event of an accident.
