Now AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan Is A Suspect In The Solar Warehouse Case
The North Sumatra Regional Police have named AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan (AH) and President Director of PT Almira Nusa Raya (ANR) Edy and Parlin as employees as suspects in the alleged misuse of diesel fuel on Jalan Guru Sinumba, Medan Helvetia.
"Yes, that's right, there are three suspects in this case. The three people are AH, E, and P (E's subordinates)," said Head of Public Relations of the North Sumatra Police, Kombes Hadi Wahyudi, to reporters in Medan, reported by ANTARA, Thursday, May 25.
Kombes Hadi said that the investigation process is still being investigated by investigators from the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of the North Sumatra Police.
"The investigation process is still ongoing, we will wait for the complete results from the investigators," he said.
Previously, the North Sumatra Police's Dirkrimsus Kombes Teddy Marbun said the connection between AKBP AH for allegedly accepting gratuities as asset development.
"He admitted that he received Rp. 7.5 million per month. This is an entry point for development related to money laundering offenses and pursuing assets that have gone viral so far," he said.
His party is still continuing to investigate by summoning Pertamina, banks, and others regarding the connection between the diesel warehouse.

Previously, the Joint Team of the North Sumatra Police Criminal Investigation Directorate (Dit) searched the PT Almira office on Jalan Mustang Villa Polonia Indah, Medan Kota District, which has an illegal diesel warehouse in collaboration with AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan.
The search involved investigators from the Tipidter Sub-Directorate, Tipidkor and Fismondep of the North Sumatra Police which lasted for five hours. From the location of the search at AH's house, evidence of payment receipts, savings books, financial transaction books, vehicle registration, and bank statements were confiscated.
