Intiland Aims For Marketing Sales Of IDR 2.4 Trillion
JAKARTA - PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) targets marketing sales for the 2023 Financial Year of IDR 2.4 trillion, in line with the company's plan, which this year will concentrate more on boosting sales in the higher-rise building segment.
Intiland's director, Archied Noto Pradono said, along with the increasingly conducive condition of the national property economy and industry after the Covid-19 pandemic, DILD is targeting marketing sales this year of IDR 2.4 trillion.
"After the current normal condition, highside sales will return, after previously the community preferred landed housing. This year we will push sales in the higher segment," said Archied during the Public Expose DILD in Jakarta, Wednesday, May.
He further emphasized that DILD will concentrate more on pursuing targets in 2023 by increasing sales of unitary or inventory stocks from running projects and new developments in the higher segment, residential areas and industrial areas.
Several stocks of units or inventory of the mixed-use & high rise development segment owned by DILD in Jakarta are 1Park Avenue, Fifty Seven Promenade, Regatta and SQ R\'es apartments. Meanwhile in Surabaya, such as Praxis Apartments, The Rosebay, Sumatra36 and Spazio Tower.
Archied projects that the condition of the property market in 2023 will still be quite challenging, but it will be better than last year. In fact, the level of public need for property products is expected to be quite high, along with the improving interest in buying and investing.
Currently, he continued, property market growth is supported by the purchase of landed houses dominated by end users. Meanwhile, the sales trend for the apartment market is still relatively restrained and growing slowly.
"We are watching the growth of the landed home product market targeting end users which has remained quite stable since last year. We will try to take advantage of this momentum and trend through the development of new products and clusters in projects that are currently running," said Archied.
According to him, this year DILD plans to carry out new developments on a number of projects, especially in the residential area segment. In the Stayta Living residential area project in Surabaya, the company launched new types of houses to meet public interest.
