Wijaya AGMS Building Work For The Reshuffle Of The Board Of Commissioners And Directors

JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) appointed a new Commissioner and Directors at the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2022 Fiscal Year which will be held on May 10, 2023.

With the appointment of new administrators, WEGE is increasingly confident in running 2023. To deal with economic and business conditions this year, WEGE applies various strategies, both at operational, marketing, as well as financial development and strategy levels.

In an official statement received in Jakarta, Thursday, WeGE President Director Hadian Pramudita revealed several of these strategies, including world-class standards in the field of implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QSHE) as well as focusing on Quality & Safety and No Effect.

Then, the key stakeholder engagement strategy, talent management and consumer-oriented organizations, as well as digital transformation of all functions and assets management circles.

He revealed, in the composition of the Board of Commissioners, the change in management, namely the honorable dismissal of Hananto Aji as President Commissioner and appointed Sumadi as President Commissioner, appointed Suli Fatimah as Commissioner and honorably dismissed Bambang Pramujo as Commissioner, and appointed Danis Hidayat Sumadilaga as Commissioner.

As for the Board of Directors, it was decided to honorably dismiss Yulianto as Director of QSHE and appoint Dwi Purnomo as Director of QSHE and Marketing.

With the approval of the AGMS, the composition of the WEGE Board of Commissioners became the President Commissioner of Sumadi, Commissioner of Suli Fatimah, Commissioner of Danis Hidayat Sumadilaga, Independent Commissioner Joseph Prajogo, and Independent Commissioner Ance.

While the composition of the WEGE Board of Directors is the President Director of Hadian Pramudita, Director of Operations 1 Bagus Tri Setyana Bagus, Director of Operations 2 Akhmadi Tricahyono, Director of Finance, Human Capital & Risk Management Syailendra Ogan, Director of QSHE and marketing Dwi Purnomo.

In the midst of the slowdown in the world economy and entering the year of politics, Hadian remains optimistic that Indonesia's economic condition will recover.

This estimate is in line with the increase in community mobility after the abolition of the Community Activity Restriction (PPKM) policy, improving business prospects, increasing foreign investment inflows (PMA), and continuing the completion of national strategic projects (PSN).

In addition, the Ministry of Public Planning and Public Housing (PUPR) has also compiled a plan or stage for the development of basic infrastructure in the National Capital City (IKN) of the Archipelago for the 2022-2024 period with a total budget of IDR 43.73 trillion, which will later become a business prospect for the company.
