Kejari Tahan Perempuan 36 Tahun Tersangka Korupsi KUR BRI Samarinda
The Samarinda District Attorney (Kejari) has detained ETW, a suspect in the corruption case of people's business credit (KUR) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Samarinda Branch I which resulted in state losses of Rp7.77 billion.
"The suspect with the initials ETW is the former Mantri of People's Business Credit KUR BRI Samarinda Branch Office 1. Today the suspect is being held at the Class II A Detention Center (Rutan) Samarinda," said Head of the Samarinda District Attorney's Office (Kajari) Firmansyah Subhan in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, Monday, May 8, confiscated by Antara.
The suspect ETW, who is a 36-year-old woman, is suspected of abusing debtor credit facilities at BRI in 2019-2021 at three unit offices, namely BRI Bengkuring Unit, BRI Sungai Dama Unit, and BRI Karang Paci Unit at the BRI Samarinda 1 Branch Office.
ETW is then detained at the Class II A Rutan Samarinda for the next 20 days.
For his actions, ETW is suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph (1) junto Article 18 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption.
The law is as amended and supplemented by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes junto 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code junto Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.

"The state losses incurred in this case amounted to Rp7.77 billion, based on the results of the calculation of state losses from the audit team of the East Kalimantan Province Representative Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) on February 3, 2023," said Firmansyah.
