Officially Divorced, Indra Bekti Must Nafkahi Children Rp30 Million Per Month

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta Religious Court (PA) has decided on Aldilla Jelita's divorce from Indra Bekti on Monday, April 17. The panel of judges stated that they accepted the lawsuit against the woman who is familiarly called Dhila.

Taslimah as Public Relations of PA South Jakarta said that in the decision there was also an agreement between Indra Bekti and his wife regarding the living for their two children, Dafania Sahira Indrabekti and Anabell Juli.

"For the two children, the minimum value is Rp. 30 million per month, with an increase of 1 percent per year," said Taslimah at the South Jakarta PA on Monday, April 17.

On the other hand, Milano Lubis as Indra Bekti's attorney confirmed the agreement that his client had to make against the two children who would live with Dhila in the future.

"I think whatever the numbers have been agreed according to their abilities. So what is the matter, it is certain for the children, such as school fees, snacks, and all kinds of things," said Milano Lubis in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

Milano ensured that the money that Bekti would hand over each month was specifically for their children to use. Nafkah to Dafania and Anabell will be given by Bekti until they grow up.

"Later, if there are other needs, it has been agreed, later the children will talk directly to the Bekti, so it's not Dhila. Apart from what has been agreed in this decision, yes," concluded Milano Lubis, Indra Bekti's attorney.
