BUMN Ministry Changes Jasa Marga Board Of Directors

JAKARTA - State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Minister Erick Thohir and Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) as shareholders, made changes to the composition of Jasa Raharja's board of directors. This follows the end of the tenure of the Director of Finance at Jasa Raharja, Myland.

His position was replaced by Bayu Rafisukmawan, who previously served as Finance Director of Asuransi Jasindo.

The change of position was stated in the Decree of the Minister of SOEs and the Main Director of the Limited Liability Company (Persero) PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia as the shareholders of PT Asuransi Loss Jasa Raharja Number: SK-65/MBU/04/2023 and SK Number: 5/KepSir- PS/BPUI/III/2023.

The shareholders decided to honorably dismiss Myland, as Finance Director of PT Asuransi Loss Jasa Raharja starting from January 18, 2023, and appoint Bayu Rafisukmawan as Finance Director of PT Asuransi Loss Jasa Raharja, starting from April 3, 2023.

"The entire management and extended family of PT Jasa Raharja would like to express their highest gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Myland for his dedication. And welcome to Mr. Bayu Rafisukmawan," said Jasa Raharja Main Director Rivan A Purwantono in a written statement, quoted on Saturday 8 April.

Rivan said, changes and changes in the ranks of the Board of Directors and the board of commissioners are commonplace as a form of assignment and refreshment for the company.

"Of course, we hope that in the future Jasa Raharja can continue to grow and develop, and be able to provide maximum service to the community," he said.

With this change, the composition of the Board of Directors of PT Jasa Raharja is as follows:

- Main Director: Rivan A. Purwantono

- Finance Director: Bayu Rafisukmawan

- Director of Operations: Dewi Aryani Suzana

- HR and General Affairs Director: Rubi Handojo

- Director of Risk Management & Information Technology: Amos Sampetoding

- Director of Institutional Relations: Munadi Herlambang
