West Jakarta ID Card Employees Don't Get THR Please Report To The Command Post At The Walkot Office

JAKARTA - Residents of West Jakarta who do not receive holiday allowances (THR) can complain and report to the West Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency (Nakertransgi).

Residents can visit the complaint service at the West Jakarta Mayor's office on Jalan Raya Kembangan Number 2, Block B, 6th floor.

"We will open a complaint post at the office or maybe through the complaint service 0195255071," said Head of Industrial Relations of the West Jakarta Nakertransgi Sub-Department, Aditya Pratomo when confirmed in Jakarta, Wednesday, April 5, confiscated by Antara.

This service is presented so that all workers who should get the right to be able to fight for the THR that must be paid by the company.

Aditya explained that his party would receive reports that came in directly or by telephone.

If based on evidence the company does not pay THR rights to employees, the supervisor of the Nakertransgi Sub-Department will summon the company.

"For THR complaints that are not paid, the company will be summoned first by officers for mediation," he said.

If the company is still not willing to pay THR employees, then the government can impose sanctions in the form of warnings to restrictions on business activities in accordance with the Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 6 of 2016 concerning Religious THR for Workers/Laborers in Companies,

So far, Aditya continued, his party has not received reports of companies not providing THR to workers in their area.

He hopes that all companies will provide THR in accordance with the provisions that have been regulated for the welfare of workers.
