JAKARTA - Tech giants Google announced that later this year, Google Meet will be connected to apps such as Canvas and PowerSchool Schoology Learning.

Through this integration, educators and students will be able to hold online meetings directly from LMS Canvas and PowerSchoology Learning, thus making teaching and learning activities much easier and more efficient.

For Google Classroom, Google says if you use Chromebooks, you will also be able to access Google Classroom directly on the main screen.

Now Google Classroom is partnering with the OneRoster student information system (SIS). This integration allows educators to export value from Classroom to SIS value books and manage classes with other OneRoster SIS partners, such as Aspen, Infinite Campus, Skyward, and PowerSchool.

The App Hub will also be available in more than 10 languages by the end of this year. Educators can view apps, add-on (including Kami, Quizz, and Boom Learning), and student information systems relevant and integrated with Chromebook and Google Workspace,' added Google.

Finally, Bixels, Padlet, ThinkLink, SnapType, and Texthelp will also be present in the Google app license program, to make it easier for admins to manage and provide selected applications that can be set directly from the Google Admin console.
