Kawasaki Introduces Ninja H2 HySE Hydrogen Motorcycles, Here's The Form

JAKARTA - The hydrogen motorcycle project from Kawasaki is no longer a secret, because in 2022 the manufacturer has removed its sheath even though it is only an image render, which is intended as an alternative to a gasoline motorcycle.

The move is part of Kawasaki's 'Go With Green Power' initiative, which is expected to help companies achieve carbon-neutral status by 2030.

Quoted from the Rideapart page, Saturday, December 16, now the motorbike (hydrogen) is not only in an image anymore, but it is clear that the original model was introduced at the Group Vision 2023 conference.

The motorbike is named Ninja H2 HySE (Hydrogen Small Mobility and Engine) and looks like a prototype.

According to the CEO of Kawasaki Motors Company Limited, Hiroshi Ito, the hydrogen motorbike is based on Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX. But this time the color is different from the rendering of the image last year, which is wrapped in a green team, now has a blue nuance.

It can be seen that on the back side there is a tank to store hydrogen fuel, and a larger front fairing looks ready for testing.

However, this is still in the early stages and the specifications of the motorbike have not been disclosed, both in terms of output, fuel consumption to the extent presented. Of course it is worth the wait.

For information, Kawasaki Ninja H2 HySE is the first motorcycle thanks to the collaboration of several well-known Japanese manufacturers, such as Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki.
