Erick Thohir Reshuffles Hutama Karya's Board Of Directors, Sugiarti Becomes The Only Woman

JAKARTA - The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) announced the change in the nomenclature of the position of Director of Finance and Director of Risk Management of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) or Hutama Karya (HK).

The change is based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK-66/MBU/03/2024 concerning Changes to the Nomenclature of Positions, Transfer of Tasks, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Hutama Karya.

In this decision, the nomenclature of the position of a member of the Company's Board of Directors underwent a change which was originally the Director of Finance and Risk Management, changed to two separate positions, namely the Director of Finance, and the Director of Risk Management.

In addition, he also transferred the assignment to Eka Setya Adrianto, who was originally Director of Finance and Risk Management to Director of Finance and appointed Sugiarti as effective Director of Risk Management as of March 15, 2024.

This decision was made to fulfill the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Regulation No. PER-2/MBU/03/2023 regarding the risk classification of Hutama Karya is in the Systemic A quadrant.

Meanwhile, Eka Setya Adrianto previously served as Director of Finance and Risk Management Hutama Karya (2022-2024), Corporate Finance Group Head of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (2017-2022), President Commissioner of Jasa Marga Trans Jawa Tol (2019-2022).

Meanwhile, Sugiarti, previously served as President Director of PT HK Realtindo (May 2021-March 2024), Finance Director of PT HK Realtindo (July-October 2020), Finance Director of Hutama Karya (October 2019-June 2020).

"Hutama Karya would like to thank and congratulate Eka Setya Adrianto and Sugiarti for their new assignment," said EVP Corporate Secretary of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Tjahjo Purnomo, in an official statement, Friday, March 15.

Thus, the formation of the Company's management is currently as follows:

- President Director: Budi Harto

- Deputy President Director: Aloysius Kiik Ro

- Finance Director: Eka Setya Adrianto

- Risk Management Director: Sugiarti

- Director of Operations I: Agung Fajarwanto

- Director of Operations II: Gunadi

- Director of Operations III: Koentjoro

- Human Capital and Legal Director: Muhammad Fauzan
