Transactions At BCA Expoversary Targeted To Reach IDR 23 Trillion

JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) targets the transaction value for housing during the BCA Expoversary 2024 to reach IDR 23 trillion, an increase from last year's IDR 20 trillion.

"We are targeting transactions during this event to reach Rp23 trillion. This target has increased compared to last year's Rp20 trillion," said EVP Consumer Loan BCA Welly Yandoko at the BCA Expoversary 2024 event in Tangerang, quoted from Antara, Friday, March 1.

He also said he was optimistic that the target set could be realized because this year's housing credit is believed to increase in line with economic growth and a good investment climate after the election.

Not only that, but the need for homes is also increasing because there are 700 thousand new families every year based on the data obtained.

"The increase in new families that encourage growth in houses is also high. Therefore, we are optimistic that we can achieve it," he said.

Another factor that supports the growth of home loans is the government's policy through VAT borne by the government (DTP) so that people are motivated to have housing.

It should be noted that BCA will hold a BCA Expoversary 2024 from February 29 to March 3, 2024 at ICE BSD City, Tangerang Regency and online until March 31, 2024.
