JAKARTA - PT Bukit Energi Investama (IDX), a subsidiary of PTBA, and PT Krakatau Chandra Energi (KCE) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) in the development of Solar Power Plants (PLTS), utilization of new and renewable energy (EBT) and opportunities for electric businesses and others.
President Director of PT BEI Biverli Binanga in a written statement, Saturday, February 3, said that this collaboration is one of the efforts to support the energy transition and achieve the Net Zero Emission target in 2060 set by the government.

President Director of PT KCE Erri Dewi Riani said this collaboration was a real step for Chandra Asri Group's sustainable business practice through one of its subsidiaries to continue to provide infrastructure solutions for power generation, electricity and renewable energy services.
"We continue to be committed to supporting the Government's targets and running clean energy-based businesses and creating a better life in the future," he said.
Director of Business Development of PTBA Rafli Yandra said that as the parent company of PT IDX, PTBA wants to continue to contribute in maintaining national energy security. Therefore, sustainable business is a must.
"We want to present Energy Without Stopping for the country. The company is committed to continuing to take a role in maintaining national energy security while preserving the environment," he said.
