The Rise Of Fintech P2P, Hesti Purwadinata Uses Pinjol Services To Improve Its Business

JAKARTA The rise of the fintech peer to peer (P2P) lending (pinjol) industry has helped the productive sector such as MSMEs in obtaining capital for business operations. One of them is celebrity Hesti Purwadinata who also uses loan services to improve her perfume business.

For information, Hesty Purwadinata built a business in her perfume business, Hipnoza Seven Eu de Parfum in 2023.

Hesti said that when he built his perfume business he started from scratch with his partner and had the desire to develop his business by issuing his latest perfume or product. However, there are several obstacles, one of which is funding when he wants to develop the perfume business.

Hesti said that she chose to collaborate with Fintech P2P to increase the volume of inventory and expand the marketing reach throughout Indonesia.

"I want to expand by issuing 4 new products and we need funding injections. Actually, we can use personal funds, but this is a business and when we talk to partners, we agree to use Fintech P2P for business capital for productive needs and business development," he said at the Talkshow Inspirational Business Entrepreneurs #UntungAFintechP2P at Rumi & Co, Thursday, November 23.

Hesti explained why using loan services as business capital is because it is easy, fast and flexible in disbursing it is different from conventional banks.

However, he still emphasized seeking loan services that are truly trusted from track records, low interest rates and registered with the OJK so that they are safe when used.

"Because there was stuck during production, it needed additional funds and finally borrowed using P2P for an easy process. But it must remain reliable and the important thing is to be registered with the OJK, I don't want any problems in the future," he explained.

According to Hesti, when submitting an application, he also took the administrative process such as checking and it took 6 not for his business to get the necessary capital from loan loans.

Hesti said that in early 2024 her perfume business will launch four new products. "We borrowed for one year and currently (tensor payments) are running. For nominal and interest, don't mention it, which is clear that the interest is small. God willing, next year, four more products will be released," he added.
