JAKARTA - The Public Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) is ready to distribute funds for Tapera Houses of 111,591 housing units worth IDR 12.12 trillion in the remaining semester II of 2023.
Commissioner of BP Tapera, Adi Setianto is optimistic that BP Tapera said, entering the second semester of 2023, BP Tapera is increasingly disbursing Tapera House financing through Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) funds and Tapera as a form of its commitment in channeling housing finance for Low-Income Communities (MBR) .
It was recorded from monitoring the distribution of FLPP funds, as of 4 August 2023, BP Tapera had distributed 126,227 FLPP funds worth IDR 14.16 trillion spread across 9,233 housing units built by 6,230 developers from 38 channeling banks in 33 provinces and 386 districts/cities.
Not only for FLPP, BP Tapera has also financed Tapera Houses for 3,254 ASN units valued at IDR 369.1 billion.
Adi Setianto is optimistic that BP Tapera will still achieve its target of distributing 229,000 FLPP Tapera Houses worth Rp. 25.18 trillion, and Tapera House Financing for ASN of 12,072 units worth Rp. 1.5 trillion.
"We are trying optimally to continue to create quality, right on target and habitable houses by continuing to innovate and provide excellent service, so that the distribution of FLPP and Tapera funds can be realized according to the targets set by the government," he said, in a statement, Wednesday, August 9.
