President Jokowi Holds Open House At The State Palace, Wednesday 10 April At 09.00 WIB

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is scheduled to hold an open house at the State Palace in Jakarta on the first day of Eid al-Fitr 1445 H, Wednesday (10/4), which is open starting at 09.00 WIB.

"When the open house starts at 09.00 the door will be opened, he is ready to accept the arrival at 09.00," said Head of the Protocol Bureau of the Presidential Secretariat Yusuf Permana confirmed in Jakarta, Tuesday.

He said the duration of the activity did not last until the afternoon due to limitations, so people who wanted to stay in touch with President Jokowi could come early.

"The activity did not arrive until the afternoon, because we have limitations, so we apologize if the people present later cannot all enter, because time is not too long," he said, quoted by Antara.

Yusuf suggested that people who intend to attend the open house event wear neat Muslim clothes.

The Presidential Secretariat has also held a simulation of open house activities at the State Palace in Jakarta with the Paspampres ranks.

"We also invite Paspampres friends for us to make preparations together, because we know that it has been almost 3-4 years since we have not held an open house because the atmosphere is still a pandemic," he said.

In the simulation, Yusuf said, the arrival area of guests was divided into several doors. The door to the State Secretariat is for the community, while the front gate of the State Palace is for officials.

"So indeed we differentiate the flow for order and comfort, whether it's the community, be it officials," he said.

His party also provided room-cooled tents, food and drinks, and prepared corridors for the flow of peace with the Head of State.
